She graduated in Tourism and Management in the UK and has a strong business background, becoming a member of The Australian Institute of Management and The Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia.She holds an up to date "Caring For Kids" First Aid Certificate from St Johns Ambulance and knows exactly the type of help parents need due to the decade she has spent previously placing Nannies and Babysitters with families.
