Becoming a Registered Carer.
In order to become a registered provider your nanny will need to go to the nearest Family Assistance Office. Your nanny must ask for Form FA 019 and fill it out accordingly. Make sure your nanny takes two forms of identification with them because they will have a short interview with an assessment officer and identification will need to be sighted. Once the Family Assistance Office has assessed the application your nanny will be given a provider number and be issued with receipt books.
