FAN online allows all visitors to access the home page and Questions and Answers section.

FAN online enables carers to reply to parents through the site and once they have been introduced, they may decide to exchange mobile numbers and other personal details.
WHAT SERVICE DOES FAN ONLINE PROVIDE?
FAN online introduces parents to carers by means of an e-mail service and enables nannies and babysitters to find chidcare employment in their area.
Both parents joining the site and carers registering their details acknowledge that FAN online does not act as an employment agency and there is no contract between parents and carers.
The site acts as a means of introduction only.
Carers provide individual profiles which state their Child Care experience, number of contactable references and show if they have an up to date First Aid Certificate and relevant Working With Children Check.
